Production Process Leader at Apotea A lot is happening at Apotea. Really a lot. High volumes, fast pace, and high ambitions. That’s why we are now looking for a Production Process Leader – a key person who wants to take clear responsibility for how production works, develops, and delivers every day.

This is the role for you who want to influence the whole, drive improvements, and help shape the future working methods in one of our production departments.

About the role – your mission As a Production Process Leader, you have overall responsibility for production flows, working methods, and process compliance within a main area of production. You work closely with operations, group leaders, and team leaders – but with a clear focus on how the work is performed, not who does it.

You are the one who: - sees bottlenecks before they become problems - ensures that processes are followed even when volumes increase - drives improvements that actually make a difference in everyday life

In short: you make production work today and work better over time.

Your main responsibilities - Drive and follow up on production and process flows within your area of responsibility - Ensure that working methods, routines, and flows are followed in production - Work data-driven with KPIs related to pace, quality, and delivery precision - Identify deviations, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks – and drive actions - Support team leaders in process and production issues - Create consensus around priorities, downtime, and working methods - Be a clear link between production, team leaders, and group leaders - Initiate and participate in improvement work and changes in production

To succeed You have a strong understanding of production and logistics flows and thrive in an environment where things are moving. You are structured, analytical, and take responsibility – even when the answers are not obvious.

We believe that you: - Have a very good understanding of production, flows, and logistics processes - Are used to working with production data and translating analysis into action - Have a high sense of responsibility and drive issues independently - Communicate clearly and confidently in Swedish - Experience in process or production management and improvement work (Lean or similar) is an advantage.
